Mr. Jimmy Baldwin, 76, of Ball Ground, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012 at Ophir Baptist Church with Rev. Troy Milford, Rev. Clyde Boling and Rev. Gary Parker officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday all day until 10:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Baldwin retired from Georgia Marble and was a member of Ophir Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Emmett & Pauline Baldwin and brothers, Marvin and Bob Baldwin. Survivors include his wife, Naomi Pendley Baldwin; son & daughter-in-law, Chris & Martha Baldwin; daughter, Donna Cagle; daughter & son-in-law, Debbie & Richard Ridings; grandchildren, Paul & Maggie Ridings, Brandon Ridings & Sara Krausz, Randy & Ashley Sengbusch; 3 great-grandchildren, Ethan, Avery and Autumn Ridings; and 2 sisters, Bonnell Waters & Frances Baldwin.
