The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office has ruled out the driver of the silver Cadillac caught in a surveillance video at a gas station in Cobb County as a suspect in the Cherokee County Justice Center bomb threat investigation.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident that happened last Tuesday and shut down business as the county courthouse for a day. Two threats were called into 911, one in Atlanta and the other in Cobb County. Both were made from payphones.
