Robert Meyers, author of “Bygone Treasures and Timeless Beauties: Barns of Old Milton County,” called the book a well-organized, carefully prepared volume that is a treat for the reader.
“It is unlike any other book I have read, and the author’s subtle sense of humor is evident in his warm, tender, at times laugh-out-loud selection of materials,” Meyers said. “This is the kind of book you pick up from time to time to seek a nugget of wisdom or a gem of insight.”
