LOMAX, Lewis T.
Mr. Lewis T. Lomax, 75, of Canton, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Randy Cloer officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Lomax was a member of Ryo Baptist Church. He was retired from the Georgia D.O.T. and enjoyed woodworking. Survivors include his wife, Wydemer Lomax of Canton; children, Thomas Lomax of Dalton and Linda Conner of Chatsworth; sister, Louise Beals of Fairmount; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
