Mr. Hoyt Stone, 76, of Canton passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jim Bush officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park. Mr. Stone was a member of Hickory Road Baptist Church and retired from Lockheed after 25 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Delora Stone of Canton; children, Paula Stone (Mike) Newell of Jacksonville, Alabama and Rickey (Kathy) Stone of Canton; brother, Dan Stone of Freehome; grandchildren, Amanda Stone of Canton and Erika Markardt of Jacksonville, Alabama.
