How much longer will it be before the candidates stay home and send their consultants to chat.
Both President Obama and Governor Romney stood up whenever someone asked a question, said the person’s name several times, made eye contact and prowled the stage in a very alpha-male manner while not saying anything of substance for 90 whole minutes.
What had we learned after an hour and a half? Mitt Romney is rich and thinks Barack Obama should have done a better job. President Obama wants another term and thinks Mitt Romney got rich in some unspecified, but sketchy manner.
About the only one on the stage that was unconsulted was Candy Crowley…and maybe she should have, at least consulted one of the professors at Hofstra about the job of a moderator.
