Cherokee Cty Sheriff's Office holds conference

Cherokee County Sheriff Roger Garrison holds a counterfeit passport on Thursday, which was confiscated at the Heights Apartment Complex near Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock on June 2, 2010. The FBI/ Whitfield County Safe Streets Gang Task Force made two arrests of individuals who sold counterfeit social security cards and other counterfeit documents to undercover agents. A search warrant was executed at the location by members of the Cherokee Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Woodstock Police Department. Recovered documents during the search were two firearms, computers, printers, laminators, printing paper as well as laminate with official seals of the United States and Mexican governments.
