Mrs. Bertha L Padgett, age 82 of Canton, GA passed late Tuesday evening June 14, 2011 at Heritage Hospice in Marietta. Surviving are the daughters & son-in-law, Sandy Lewis, Canton, and Melodie & Daryl Ray, Canton; son, Robbie Caldwell, Wayross; brother & sister-in-law, Ed & Pat Brewer, McCaysville; sisters & brother-in-law, Margaret Whitlock, Lake Jackson, & Barbara & Marvin Wilson, Loganville; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren & 4 great, great-grandchildren. Mrs. Padgett was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Camp Butler, brother, R L Brewer, sister, Betty Jean Hitchcock & brother, Billy Brewer. Funeral services will be held Friday June 17th at 3 pm from the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home, Revs Bill Rattliff & Charles Davis officiating.
