KRDO-TV reports that 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty (DAHK’-ur-tee) entered her plea Monday in Walsen-burg. She and her two brothers were captured Aug. 10 after a chase and what authorities say was a shootout.
The siblings from Florida face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, as well as other felony charges related to the chase.
Twenty-six-year-old Dylan Stanley-Dougherty and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty are scheduled to appear before a judge on Nov. 28.
