So I guess by now everybody has heard about the PR hack for the current administration saying that Ann Romney has never worked a day in her life.

First of all, being called a non-worker by a PR person is, to quote the late and highly quotable Jody Powell, "...like being called ugly by a frog."

Second, as anyone with a lick of sense knows, raising five children is work. I believe there were probably many days that Ann Romney would have traded places with a "working woman."

Third, this PR person, whose name I know but refuse to say out loud, (we'll just call her Voldemort) then went on to opine that Ann Romney doesn't understand economics. This is, as we all know, a major prerequisite to be the president's spouse. My word, where would we all be today if Jackie Kennedy had not guided the economy through the early '60s.

It leaves me with one question for the folks around the throne, including, but not limited to Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Debbie Wasserman Shultz, and the whole Hee-Haw gang.

If the Republicans are waging a war on women, as you claim, what is the enemy in your war, common sense?
