Mrs. Hazel Louise Booth, of Woodstock, passed away July 25, 2012 at Woodstock Nursing Home following an extended illness. She was 98. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Hillside United Methodist Church with the Dr. Doug Thrasher officiating. Burial will follow 10 a.m. Monday, August 13, 2012 at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Evergreen, IL. Flowers will be accepted. Mrs. Booth was born September 20, 1913 in Central City, KY to the late Thomas R. and Bessie L. Roark. Mrs. Booth was in the food industry and was employed for several years with the Cracker Jack Co. Survivors include her son, Harry Booth, Woodstock, GA, one daughter, Glenda Stanevich, Castle Rock, CO. Online condolences may be made at:
