
Cherokee County Sheriff’s detectives have now identified a burglary suspect who they believe broke into the Rainbow Asia restaurant on Sixes Road in August. Investigators say the man, above, is Samuel Leon Mosley of Atlanta, and he is wanted in relation to the burglary at the local restaurant. He is in his 50s, according to Lt. Jay Baker, spokesman with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office. Baker said anyone who recognizes the suspect or has any information about the burglary is asked to contact investigators at (770) 928-0239.

Investigators said Samuel Leon Mosley of Atlanta is wanted in relation to the burglary at the local restaurant. He is in his 50s, according to Lt. Jay Baker, spokesman with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
Baker said the suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash, personal checks written to the restaurant, a Kindle Fire and an iPod Touch from the business, authorities said.
Owners told investigators they found the rear door of the business open when they arrived at the restaurant on the day of the crime, just moments after security cameras captured the suspect’s image on video, deputies said.
In the video, the suspect can be seen holding a flashlight in his mouth while putting items into his satchel. He can be seen wearing a tan Nike hat, glasses and white gloves.
