WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Wilmington police have arrested a man they say hid drugs in his prosthetic leg.

Police say they saw a man standing in the middle of the road on Friday afternoon yelling obscenities. Officers say the man, 51-year-old Jose Santiago, had outstanding arrest warrants and he was taken into custody.

The News Journal of Wilmington says police searched Santiago at headquarters and officers say they found 2.5 grams of crack cocaine and 2.8 grams of marijuana inside his prosthetic leg.

Santiago was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine and disorderly conduct.
