Mrs. Mary H. Smith, 77, of Canton passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Heritage Hospice. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of Canton First Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, gardening, reading, decorating and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Smith. Survivors include her husband, Charles Smith; daughters, Myra Smith and Lisa Siegel; siblings, Jack Harbin, Johnnie Carson and Barbara Adams; and four grandchildren, Bobby Jacobs, John Jacobs, Joey Siegel and Ben Siegel.
