A white pickup truck wrecked off of Arnold Mill Road near the Highway 140 intersection Monday afternoon, injuring the driver, officials said.

Cherokee County Sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Jay Baker said the driver, 23-year-old Tiffany Ortone, had non-life threatening injuries, and said the cause of the wreck is under investigation.

According to Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services spokesman Tim Cavender, the truck left the road and rolled onto its top about 2 p.m. Monday, and Ortone “had to be extricated from the vehicle.”

Ortone was taken by ambulance to North Fulton Hospital for evaluation, and had complained of neck injuries, according to Cavender.

Cavender said both lanes of Arnold Mill Road were blocked until the wreck was cleaned-up.

No other cars were involved.
