The third suspect in Sunday’s murder of a Woodstock man was arrested in Cobb County on Wednesday.

Benson Kyle Lloyd, 28, of Jasper, was arrested just before 3 p.m. on a warrant from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, according to Cherokee Sheriff Roger Garrison.

Lloyd and two others, John Michael Taylor, 27, of Acworth, and Krystle Gail Taylor, 27, of Dawsonville, are charged with felony murder in the death of Christopher Pierce, 47, who was found dead in his home near Woodstock on Sunday afternoon.

The Taylors were arrested in Dawson County on Tuesday night. John Michael Taylor was taken into custody after holding police off in an armed standoff for three hours in Dawsonville, police said.
