Prep Roundup: Etowah girls pull away for lacrosse triumph

After leading 7-6 at the break, the Etowah girls pulled away in the second half to beat Woodstock 15-9 on Thursday.

Victoria Stairs scored six goals for Etowah, and Alexia Audet added three. Stairs also had a pair of assists.

Etowah goalkeeper Caylin Roszina made eight saves.

Nicole Agner was the leading scorer for Woodstock with three goals, while Jenna Carr added two goals and three assists and Jaclyn Chiesa finished with two goals.

Vinna Monte made 14 saves for the Lady Wolverines.
