Creekview needed less than seven innings to notch its second victory of the season, dominating Rome for a 12-0 win in four innings Thursday.

Creekview (2-0, 2-0 Region 7AAAAA) scored five runs in the bottom of the first, one in the second and six in the bottom of the third. The game ended after Rome batted in the top of the fourth and failed to plate a run.

Rome managed just one hit off of Creekview pitcher Gracie Dorr, who struck out five batters and did not issue any walks.

Creekview scored its 12 runs on just six hits, benefiting from three Rome errors, seven walks and a handful of wild pitches.

Angela Winfrey was the only Lady Grizzly to have more than one hit. She went 2-for-3 with a run and six RBIs, thanks largely to a grand slam.

Tiffany Godfrey was 1-for-2 with a double, while Casee Disharoon was 1-for-1 with a walk and three runs scored. Ashley Walraven, Avery Pickerill and Dorr also drove in runs.
