Lance Robert Kozacek of Lake Arrowhead, GA went to be with his Father in heaven on August 11, 2014. He was born December 9, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois. Son of Earl and Alice Kozacek, Lance grew up in Chicago and graduated from Morton West High School. Lance spent most of his professional career in wholesale plumbing. A consummate salesman, he was the retired owner of Prime Sales of Atlanta. Lance was recognized with numerous honors and awards, but what mattered most, was the trust and confidence his customers placed in him. Lance loved to fish, golf, and spend time with family and friends. He loved God and loved his church: the First Baptist Church of Canton, GA. Lance was kind, caring, and quick with a joke. He had a contagious smile and loved a good prank. Lance loved deeply, especially his family, and most importantly his best friend, soul mate, and wife... Jackie. Lance is survived by his wife, Jackie Kozacek, of Lake Arrowhead GA: his children, Kurt & Linda Kozacek of Overland Park, KS, Sherri & Tom Gandolfi of Cumming, GA, Fred & Lisa Ginder of Lake Arrowhead, GA and five beautiful granddaughters, Katie Mulder (Dan), Ashley Ginder (Matt Briant), Emily Kozacek, Tori Gandolfi, Kasey Gandolfi and his brothers, Jim Kozacek (and nephew Kevin Kozacek) of Ranger, GA and Steve Kozacek of Lakeland, FL. Lance’s life will be celebrated on Monday, August 18th at 2:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Canton with Dr. George Anderson officiating.
