Mrs. Betty "Sue" Covington, age 67, of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 from the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Doug Carnes officiating. Interment will follow in the Rock Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Covington was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Steve Covington and Vicki (John) Gollner, both of Woodstock; siblings, Clarence "Mack" Gay of Waleska and Betty Turner of Canton; grandchildren, Grant and Andrew Gollner of Woodstock; several nieces and nephews also survive.
